SPECIAL NOTE!!

We don't want you and your parents to be the sole buyers of these fundraising items (but that helps...) We need you to sell these to others!  Heck, your parents spend plenty at the school.  We know that: we're parents, too!

PLAYERS are to get out there and offer the things up to neighbors, friends, relatives, etc.  You guys are good-looking, hard working student athletes that others love to support!  Get on some clean spirit wear, and pay them all a visit.

Discount Movie Tickets!

The Northwood Lacrosse Program will offer discounted movie tickets that are good at Regal theaters, which includes the Marketplace 10 and Spectrum 21. They sell for $8 each and the team earns $2 from each ticket sold. This is a great deal!

To get started, print out this form and instructions. We are counting on all players to help sell these tickets! Please get the tickets sold and the order forms with money turned in to Sharon Scott! If you have questions, email Sharon.

T-Wolves Trader Cards!

The Northwood High School Timberwolf Trader Card is full of special discounts at local stores and restaurants. Each card is $10.00 and is valid from September, 2009 through August, 2010. Click for the order form here! For each card you sell, the team gets $5. These are easy to sell since everyone needs to save money. It pays for itself after about three uses!

Orchard Hills Restaurants!

Our neighbors at Orchard Hills, La Sirena Grill and Johnnie’s NY Pizzeria, are working with the NHS Athletic Boosters to provide a great program that will benefit a lot of people! Every Tuesday for the ENTIRE school year, La Sirena Grill will donate a share of their entire day’s proceeds to NHS Boosters, and the same goes for Johnnie’s NY Pizzeria every Wednesday. This great deal also includes Take-Out orders, and there’s no need to present a flyer. So NHS teachers, staff, and students (with permission to leave campus, of course), please start a Tuesday/Wednesday tradition: take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to support local businesses as they support our athletic programs. Visit La Sirena Grill on Tuesdays and Johnnie’s NY on Wednesdays. And parents…enjoy a healthy and delicious break from that rushed dinner routine; linger with your family and friends al fresco.

One of the most important things you can do is to JOIN NHS Athletic Boosters. This is very dedicated group of parent volunteers that raise money for ALL of the athletic programs at Northwood High. NEW this year is the ability to join on-line at www.nhs-boosters.com. Grandparents, extended families, and alumni get a discount!! Remember to designate Boys Lacrosse as your team. Our membership needs to be 100% of all lacrosse families.
